Remember we are located within Findlay Chiropractic! If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to re-schedule. Please give us a call or text if you are running late.

We are the last brick building (farthest from Complete Children’s Health). You will see the Findlay Chiropractic sign in the front of the building. Facing the building you will see a sidewalk on the right side. Follow this sidewalk to the side of the building and it will lead you right to our door. If you see the Findlay Chiropractic and Hyde Family Chiropractic logo on the door you are in the right place!

Reminder: If we you are wanting a Good Faith Estimate (actual paperwork and not over the phone pricing), please call our office at (402) 442-0333. We need a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment to supply the estimate, but sometimes we can provide it sooner. If you are scheduling within this 48 hour window, you might not receive a Good Faith Estimate before your appointment. We are more than happy to provide our pricing over the phone and any specific questions you have on treatment costs. Thanks for understanding!
